The purpose of this research, with the adoption of information technology (it), human resources management (HRM) and to investigate whether the associated between organizational restructuring. Visits to SMEs in Eskisehir and 130 from the complete data have been obtained. IT'S adoption rate among SMEs in Eskisehir, 10 percent higher than those who have demonstrated significant differences in. IT adoption was strongly associated with employer size, organizational restructuring and investment in human resource management. The data are cross-sectional and the generalizability of the results may be limited. HRM and IT has a strong relationship with their higher employer whereas performance associated with whether or not explored. The results of the human resources function can play a role in enhancing IT. There has been little research exploring the link between HRM and IT adoption, particularly among small firms. This paper fills some of the gaps.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, bilgi teknolojisinin (IT) benimsenmesi ile insan kaynakları yönetimi (HRM) ve kurumsal yeniden yapılanma arasında ilişkili olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. Eskişehir’deki KOBİ'ler ziyaret edilerek ve 130 firmadan eksiksiz veri elde edilmiştir. IT benimsenme oranı Eskişehir’deki KOBİ’ler arasında yüzde 10’dan yüksek benimseyenler olarak belirgin farklılık göstermiştir. IT benimsenmesinin işveren boyutu, kurumsal yeniden yapılanma ve insan kaynakları yönetimi ile güçlü bağlantıları ortaya çıkmıştır. Veri kesitlidir ve sonuçların genelleştirilmesi sınırlı olabilir. HRM ve IT’nin güçlü ilişkisi bulunmuşken, onların yüksek işveren performansı ile ilişkili olup olmadığı incelenmemiştir. Sonuçlar IT’nin insan kaynakları fonksiyonunu arttırıcı bir rol oynayabileceğine işaret etmektedir. HRM ve IT benimsenmesi arasındaki bağlantıyı özellikle küçük firmalar arasında inceleyen çok az araştırma mevcuttur. Bu çalışma boşlukların bazılarını doldurmaktadır.
