Abstract (2. Language): 
The aim of this study is to determine whether a relationship exists between organizational culture and learning organization. For this reason we tested, with the application of structural equation model, the effect of organizational culture on learning organizations. We determined that the model formed according to analysis results suggested a perfect accordance with the data. Besides, we determined, with structural equation model, organizational culture an effective factor on being a learning organization. In other words, one unit increase in all activities regarding with organizational activity (dominant characteristics, leadership, organizational loyalty, management style, success criteria) was determined to raise the situation of being learning organization by 0,895.

Bu çalışmanın amacı örgüt kültürü ile öğrenen örgüt olma arasında bir ili ki olup olmadı ı- nı tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla örgütlerin ö renen örgüt olmaları üzerinde örgüt kültürünün etkisi yapısal e itlik modeli uygulaması ile test edilmi tir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre olu turulan Model’in veri ile mükemmel bir uyum gösterdi i tespit edilmi tir. Ayrıca, yapısal e itlik modeli ile örgüt kültürünün ö renen örgüt olma üzerinde etkili oldu u saptanmı tır. Ba ka bir ifade ile örgüt kültürü ile ilgili olarak yapılan bütün faaliyetlerde (baskın karakteristikler, liderlik, örgütsel ba lı- lık, yönetim stili, başarı kriteri) olu acak bir birimlik artışın öğrenen örgüt olma durumunu 0,895 kadar artıracağı tespit edilmiştir.
