Abstract (2. Language):
In this study; in a blended learning environment, university students’ academic achievements, web material using behaviors, and attendances to the learning environment are evaluated according to their learning approaches. The subjects participated in the study were 91 university students who enrolled on ‘Instructional Technologies and Material Development’ course. The adapted Turkish version of Biggs, Kember and Leung (2001)’s ‘revised 2F Study Process Questionnaire’ was used to reveal the students’ learning approaches. The findings demonstrated that student’ academic achievements, web material using behaviors, and attendances to face to face and Web based learning environments did not show statistically significant differences between deep and surface learners. The results showed that; blended learning environment has a positive effect on academic achievements, using Web based learning environments regularly and attendance to learning environments for both deep and surface learners. Based on the study results; it is recommended to blend the face to face courses with Web based learning to reach more efficient learning environments.
