Employers' organizations, trade union body in the world to come life is 19 cu coincidence that the end of the century. At that time the major European countries, employers, trade unions, alongside a strong effort to bring in regular institutions have been realized.
Labor unions, trade unions, employers' organizations at a certain time interval is usually followed up with. It was like a delay between the state and follow-up has been incurred.
Employers' organizations and described as a feature of this behavior which can be, in other words, some of the reasons for this delay are the event. They would like to mention.
Employers, even in periods where the number of coalition bans due to limited communication between them the opportunity to interview and able to work out all the time. This is the time when organizations come together to go as it ensures a continuous delayed.

Dünya sendikal hayatında işveren kuruluşlarının vücuda gelmesi 19 cu asrın sonlarına tesadüf etmektedir. Bu tarihte belli başlı Avrupa ülkelerinde işverenler güçlü işçi sendikalarının yanında muntazam kuruluşlar meydana getirme çabası içine girmişlerdir.
İşveren sendikaları kuruluş tarihleri itibariyle genellikle işçi sendikalarını muayyen bir zaman aralığı ile takip etmişlerdir. Adeta aralarında bir gecikme ve takip durumu hasıl olmuştur.
İşveren kuruluşlarının bir özelliği diye tavsif edebileceğimiz bu davranışın, başka bir deyimle bu gecikme olayının bazı sebepleri vardır. Bunlara kısaca değinmek isterim.
İşverenler, koalisyon yasaklarının bulunduğu dönemlerde dahi sayılarının mahdut olması sebebiyle aralarında görüşme ve haberleşme imkânını her zaman bulabilmişlerdir. Bu durum, zaman zaman bir araya gelmelerini temin ettiğinden devamlı kuruluşlara gitmeyi geciktirmiştir.
