Abstract (2. Language):
Organizations which are the one of the most important elements of social structure continue their activities with relationship system established inside and outside due to their enterprise features. The dynamic organizations need effective communication within and outside organizations to perform their specific functions. From this perspective, it would be wrong to evaluate the organizational communication as outside organization only. Inner organizational communication as a type of the communication among the employees of the accommodation management is not only the structure of the organization and functional size but it has also has a contribution to the development of work efficiency by increasing the staff motivation. As the research concerned with the issue on inner organizational communication, it was conducted with administrators of 52 section of the 16 tourism hotels in Konya in order to define the management, perception, functional size, aims, staff motivation and activities.From the data obtained , we tried to put forward the organization's internal communications, functions, perception, functional size and activities in the accommodation management together with the status of the inner organization communication in the accommodation management in Konya has been defined by the tourism destinations. It is believed that the work will shed light on further researches.
