One of the obstacles about the
management development is the
unsettled confıısion about this
concept. In this article, the
management development is defined
as an İnteraction of the manager,
his superior, his job and the vrork
environment. The aim of this article
is a thorough discussion of the
definitions and of the process of the
management development.

Bu çalışmanın amaçlarından biri,
yönetim geliştirmeye ilişkin tanımlan
ve yönetim geliştirmeyle ilgili kavramları
ele alarak, yönetim geliştirme kavramına
açıklık kazandırmaktadır. Çalışmada
güdülen bîr başka amaç ise,
yönetim geliştirmenin bir süreç olarak
incelemesini gerçekleştirmektir.
