Abstract (2. Language):
The check being put in circulation is important for determining the time of prerogative
originated from the check; therefore has a great importance in situations when especially for
the beneficiary to hold a right on check in case of the death, the bankruptcy or the loss of
capacity of the drawer. For the check to be able to carry out its economic and commercial role
in life, the primary thing is being put in circulation and to be properly cycled. In this article,
check being put in circulation and the cycle will be analyzed in detail.

Çekin tedavüle çıkarılması, çekten kaynaklana hakkın ne zaman doğduğunun belirlenmesi
açısından önemli olup; çekin tedavüle çıkarıldığı anın belirlenmesi, özellikle lehtarın çek
üzerinde hak sahibi olması, keşidecinin ölümü, iflası fiil ehliyetini kaybetmesi gibi hallerde
büyük önem arz eder. Çekin ekonomik ve ticari hayattaki rolünü yerine getirebilmesi için
öncelikle çekin tadavülünün ve devrinin doğru bir biçimde yapılması gerekmektedir. Bu
makalemizde çekin tedavüle sunulması ve devri ayrıntılı olarak incelenecektir.
