A particular group of people coming together to achieve the objectives the organization is called. Each organization has its own unique purpose. Are found in various activities to achieve the objectives of the organizations. Behavior of employees is one of the most important factors in achieving their goals. Employees of each organization with pleasure, wanting to work. Employee work willingly and with pleasure while performing their duties, depending on many different variables defined in the organizational climate has a great effect. Each organization has its own particular climate. Organizational climate, organization, separated by other organizations gives him a certain identity, which act on the organization of employees and their behavior is perceived by the individual, organizational and environmental nature is defined as a set of features.

Belirli amaçları gerçekleştirmek üzere bir araya gelen insan topluluğuna örgüt adı verilmektedir. Her örgütün kendine özgü bir amacı vardır. Örgütler amaçlarını gerçekleştirmek için değişik faaliyetlerde bulunurlar. Örgütlerin amaçlarına ulaşmasında işgörenlerin davranışları en önemli etmenlerden biridir. Her örgüt işgörenlerin zevkle, isteyerek çalışmasını ister. İşgörenin görevlerini yaparken zevkle ve isteyerek çalışmasında çok farklı değişkenlere bağlı olarak tanımlanan örgüt ikliminin etkisi büyüktür. Her örgütün kendine özgü belli bir iklimi vardır. Örgüt iklimi; örgütü diğer örgütlerden ayırarak ona belli bir kimlik kazandıran, örgütteki işgörenler tarafından algılanan ve onların davranışları üzerinde etkide bulunan bireysel, örgütsel ve çevresel nitelikteki özellikler bütünü olarak tanımlanmaktadır.
