This study aims to analyze customer’s preferences in internet banking, to determine the factors effecting customer’s attitude concerning transaction and process in internet banking, and to identify the factors from the view of customer’s characteristics effecting customer’s attitude as well as sources of these factors, results of analys is imply that s ignificance of these factors varies according to customer’s characteristics

Bu çalisma, internet bankaciliginda tüketici tercihlerini analiz etmeyi, internet bankaciligi is lem ve sürec iyle ilgili tüketici tutumlarini etkileyen faktörleri ortaya koymayi ve bu faktörlerin kaynaklari kadar tüketic i tutumunu etkileyen tüketic i kisilik özelliklerini de tanimlamayi amaçlamaktadir. Analiz sonuçlari, bu faktörlerin öneminin tüketic i kis ilik özelliklerine göre degistigini ifade etmektedir.
