Feeling of trust between employees and managers is very important for organizational relations. Good relations among the employees affect the organizational success. In this study, feeling of trust has been analyzed on a sample selected from tourism sector. The objective of this study is to search and analyze the factors related to feeling of trust between employees and their managers. The study consists of three sections: First part deals with the theoretical background and second one argues the factors related to organizational trust. In the last section, a research based on 17 organizations is presented. In this section, the relationships among organizational trust and the environment taking place organizational activities, communication among organizational members, and the level of education of employees are analyzed. As a result, it has been detected that trust, physical environments provided for the employees, the degree of appropriateness of the workplace in terms of health, efficiency and reliability of working rules and the level of adjustment of the employees for the rules have had impacts on the trust for the managers. In addition, empirical analysis showed that there exists a relationship between level of the quality of communication among the employees and their managers and trust towards the managers. Finally, the factors affecting the organizational trust are attained as both the level of education and in-service training of employees.

Çal#anlar ile yöneticiler arasndagüven duygusu örgütsel ili#kiler açsndan büyük önem ta#maktadr. Örgütsel ba#ar çal#anlar arasnda iyi ili#kilerden etkilenmektedir. Bu çal#mada turizm sektöründen seçilen bir örneklem üzerinde güven duygusu belirlenen hipotezler #-nda ara#trlm#tr. Çal#mannamac;çal#anlar ve yöneticiler arasndagüven duygusunu etkileyen belirli unsurlar ara#trmak ve yorumlamaktadr. Çal#ma üç ksmdan olu#turulmu#tur. Birinci ksmda kuramsal çerçeveye yer verilmi#, ardndan örgütsel güven ile ili#kili unsurlar tart#lm#tr. Son ksmda, toplam 17 i#letme üzerinde yaplan ara#trmaya yer verilmi#tir. Çal#mada örgütsel güven ile örgütsel faaliyetlerin yürütüldü-üortam, örgüt çal#anlar arasndaki ileti#im ve personelin e-itimi arasndaki ili#kiler analiz edilmi#tir. Sonuç olarak güven ile çal#anlara sa-lanan fiziki olanaklar, çal#ma mekannn sa-lk açsndan uygunluk derecesi, çal#ma kurallarnnetkinlik ve güvenilirli-i ve çal#anlarn kurallara uyum sa-layabilme düzeyleri, yöneticilere duyulan güven üzerinde etkili bulunmu#tur. Ayrca çal#anlarn i# arkada#laryla ve yöneticileriyle kurduklar ileti#imin kalitesiyle yöneticilerine duyduklar güven arasnda ili#ki oldu-ubelirlenmi#tir.
