Chronic diffuse sclerosing osteomyelitis of the mandible is an nncomman disea.se that is characterized by a protracted course of recurrent pain, swelling of the check, and trismus. However its cause has not been clarified, and permanent cure is rarely obtained in spite of trie availability of several therapeutic procuduret.. Antibiotics have often been used as a conservative treatment, but without obvious eltecl. Jn this case, the treatment results and treatment of a IS-year- old women with a 6 month history of pain and swelling m the mandible were evaluated.

Kronik diffuz skleroz osteomyelit (KDSO) yanakta şişlik, trismus ve inaldı tekrarlayan ağrıyla karaklenze, sebebi taın olarak bilinmeyen nadir görülen bir hastalıkUr. Birçok Icdııvı yöntemi denenmesine rağmen lam iyileşmeye nadiren rastların . Kiki mekanizmaları tara olarak bilinmemesine rağmen antibiyotikler konscrvnlıi" tedavide ilk seçenektir. Eti vaka raporunda, 6 ayijk ağrı vc ınsındibuîada siklik şikayetiyle başvuran 18 yaşındaki bayan haslamıy.ın tedavisi ve tedavi sonuçlan değerlendirilmiştir.
