Abstract (2. Language): 
The purpose of this research, as knowledge-based organizational characteristics - a vision of a knowledge-based development, knowledge sharing and creation, to create a dynamic interactive environment, knowledge strategy development and to have knowledge-oriented mode of operation - is to analyze effect on the strategic human resource management. In order to determine the relationship between these variables, Factor, Correlation and Regression analyzes were performed. The research results, the dimensions of knowledge-based organization has a positive influence on the strategic human resource management is revealed. Organizational information-oriented mode of operation of the knowledge-based organization dimensions on the strategic human resource management is seen to be the feature that made the most impact, information strategy development is understood that the property does not have a significant impact on strategic human resources.
Abstract (Original Language): 
Bu araştırmanının amacı, bilgiye dayalı organizasyon özelliklerinin - bilgiye dayalı bir vizyon geliştirme, bilgiyi paylaşma ve yaratma, dinamik bir etkileşim ortamı yaratma, bilgi stratejisi geliştirme ve bilgi odaklı işleyişe sahip olma - stratejik insan kaynakları yönetimi üzerindeki etkilerinin analiz edilmesidir. Söz konusu değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemek amacıyla faktör, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, bilgiye dayalı organizasyon boyutlarının stratejik insan kaynakları yönetimi üzerinde pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bilgiye dayalı organizasyon boyutlarından bilgi odaklı işleyişe sahip olma boyutunun stratejik insan kaynakları yönetimine en fazla etkiyi yapan özellik olduğu görülürken, bilgi stratejisi geliştirme özelliğinin stratejik insan kaynakları üzerinde önemli bir etkisi olmadığı anlaşılmaktadır.
