Abstract (2. Language):
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a prevalent disease that shows all the characteristics of an autoimmune pathology. The developments in the pathogenic factors in SLE provide new insights to the treatment of SLE and also provide new informations about many other diseases. In this review in the light of our cases, new developments about SLE and lupus nephritis wil be discussed.
