There is a debate going on about whether they are social or not. New proportions should be taken into consideration because of rising importance of knowledge. Some of them sociologically analyzed in this paper are that the intellectuals are real producers of social developments and transformations. In conclusion, they are not conducted a social class in classi¬cal and sociological meanings, but they must reference the dynamics of their cultures.
