Abstract (2. Language):
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect on microleakage of application differences [ename--etch (ME) and total-etch (TE)] of two self-etching adhesive with different acidic characteristic [Cearfl SE Bond (SE) and Prompt L-Pop (PLP)] and was to expose the association with microleakage examining morphology of interface resnn-tooth hard tissue under the scanning electron microscope (SEM). Class I occlusal preparations (4x3x2 mm3) were made in 60 extracted human primary molars. Teeth were randomly divided into six groups of 10 samples each. All cavities were restored using a fowable resin composite [Tetric Flow (TF)]. G1: PLP+TF; G2: ME+PLP+TF; G3: TE+PLP+TF; G4: SE+TF; G5: ME+SE+TF; G6: TE+SE+TF. Ali teeth were subjected to thermocyciing for 250 cycles. All samples were immersed nn dye solution for 24 hours for microlrakage test, and then sectioned using a diamond disk. Microleakage in both mesial and distal parts of the cavities was evaluated at 60X magnification under stereomicroscope. Besides, six specimens from each group were randomly selected and examined interface resnne-tooth hard tissue under SEM. Al data were statistically analyzed. Statistically significant differences were found between used materials and application methods in the microleakage (P<0.05). Microleakage values of Group 1 and Group 4 were determined higher than the other groups. The lowest microleakage value was found samples with enamel etch+SE application. As a result, microleakage values of samples with only application PLP and SE were found higher than samples appiication total etch and enamel etch. Total etch or mnne etch application would more useful for reduce to microleakage when used seff etching adhesive in restoration of primary teeth

Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklı asidik özelliğe sahip olan kendinden pürüzlendiren iki bağlayıcının [Adper Prompt-L-Pop (PLP), Clearfl S E Bond (SE)] uygulama faklılıklarının [mine-etch (ME) ve tota--etch (TE)] mikrosızıntı üzerine etkisini değerlendirmek ve elektron mikroskop (SEM) altında rezin-diş sert dokusu ara yüzey morfolojisini inceleyerek, mikrosızıntı ile ilişkisini ortaya koymaktır. 60 adet çekilmiş nnsan süt azı dişinde sınff I okluzal kavite preparasyonu (4x3x2 mm3) oluşturulmuştur. Dişler her brrinde 10 örnek olacak şekilde rastgele 6 gruba ayrılmıştır. Tüm kaviteler bir akıcı kompozit rezin [Tetric Flow (TF)] kullanılarak restore edilmiştir. G1: PLP+TF; G2: ME+PLP+TF; G3: TE+PLP+TF; G4: SE+TF; G5:ME+SE+TF; G6: TE+SE+TF.
