Abstract (2. Language): 
It is possible to evaluate the degree of efficiency of resources in an economy with the concept of productivity.Information and communication technologies affects the productivity as a factor which provides more production with less cost. In this paper, it is aimed to investigate the effects of information and communication technologies on labor productivity in OECD countries. Panel data analysis indicates that positive and significant effects on these countries in the period 1990-2012.

Bir ekonomide kaynakların ne ölçüde etkin kullanıldığını verimlilik kavramı ile değerlendirmek mümkündür. Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri, daha az maliyetle, daha fazla üretim yapılmasını olanaklı hale getiren bir faktör olarak verimliliği önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada, OECD ülkelerinde bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin işgücü verimliliği üzerindeki etkilerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır.Panel veri analizi, 1990-2012 döneminde bu ülkelerde pozitif ve anlamlı etkilerin varlığına işaret etmektedir.
