Abstract (2. Language):
The innovation has became one of the most important strategic way of the
business in last years in all sectors. Hotel businesses don’t stay out of
innovative trend; hotels take step and apply innovation in goods and
services. Most of the hotel businesses don’t experience the resources
problems, however they are not aware of innovation applications those can
be used with existing resources. The aim of this study is research on the
innovation applications of themed and design hotel businesses and to create
a source for hotel managers. The study tried to be taken care of the issue in
a wide perspective to examine the innovation applications of hotel
businesses.

Yenilik son yıllarda tüm sektörlerde önemsenen bir akım haline gelmiştir. Otel
işletmeleri de bu akımın gerisinde kalmamakta ve ürün ve hizmetlerinde
yenilik uygulamalarıyapmaktadırlar. Çoğu otel işletmesi kaynak sorunu
yaşamasa da var olan kaynaklarınıkullanabilecekleri yenilik
uygulamalarından habersizdir. Çalışmamızın amacıotel işletmelerinin ürün ve
hizmetlerindeki yenilik uygulamalarınıincelemek ve otelcilere de fayda
sağlayabilecek bir kaynak oluşturmaktır. Otel işletmelerindeki yenilik
uygulamalarınıincelemek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada konuya genişbir
perspektiften bakılmaya çalışılmıştır
