Implantable cardioverter defibrillator implantation in a patient with nonobstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy associated A-V complete block presenting with syncope after football hit to the chest Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a complex and relatively common genetic cardiac disorder with heterogeneous clinical course and expression. We reported a case with implantable cardioverter defibrillator implantation in a patient with nonobstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy associated A-V complete block presenting with syncope after football hit to the chest.

Hipertrofik kardiyomiyopati (HKM), kompleks, sık rastlanılan, klinik seyir ve semptomları çoğu zaman çeşitlilik gösteren genetik kardiyak bir hastalıktır. Bu yazıda futbol topu çarpması sonrası senkop geçiren, AV tam blokun eşlik ettiği hipertrofik nonobstrüktif kardiyomiyopatili bir olguda takılabilir kardiyoverter defibrilatör uygulaması sunuldu.
