The sample group of this study includes 318 teachers who have been chosen by proportional and random sampling method. In this study, the Teacher Altruism Scale, which was developed by Yavuzer et al. (2006), has been used as a means of data collection. In data analysis, Independent "t" test, One Way Analysis of Variance and Pearson Correlation Coefficient test have been used.
