Azerbaijan has already joined the civil world. Its collaboration with foreign countries is expanding and Azerbaijan has caught the attention of business groups. Azerbaijan has established friendships, brotherhood relationships, and experience exchanges with foreign citizens. They try to communicate directly in Azerbaijani. The main focal point in this article is the development of oral speech during the teaching of Azerbaijan language to foreigners. The main principle in the learning of language is communication. Other language learning tools are to expand vocabulary resources, to develop oral speech and to create connected speech habits. Information is given on each of those topics in this article.
