The aim of the study is to describe the relationship between newcomers‘ organizational fit components (person-organization, person-group, person-job fit) and employs‘ outputs (organizational commitment, job satisfaction, role conflict and role clarity). Quantitive research method was used in the study and the survey data were collected by using questionnaire forms. According to the result of research, there is a significant relationship between job fit and organizational commitment, job satisfaction, role conflict and role clarity. The most important organizational fit component that affects employs‘ outcomes is the job fit. On the other hand, person-group fit component affects negatively newcomers‘ job satisfaction

Bu çalışmanın amacı, organizasyona yeni katılanların (newcomers) örgütsel uyum boyutlarıyla (örgüte, gruba ve işe uyum sağlama), çalışan sonuçları (Örgütsel bağlılık, iş tatmini, rol çatışması, rol açıklığı) arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre yeni katılımcıların iş sonuçlarını etkileyen en güçlü örgütsel uyum boyutu iş uyumudur. İşe uyum ile rol açıklığı, iş tatmini, örgütsel bağlılık ve rol çatışması arasında anlamlı bir ilişki vardır. Öte yandan, kişi grup uyumu örgüte katılan yeni üyenin iş tatminini negatif etkilemektedir.
