BÖLGESEL EKONOMİLERİN ULUSLARARASI İLİSKİLERE ETKİSİ: KÜMELENME YAKLASIMI

IMPACT OF LOCAL ECONOMIES ON INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS: A CLUSTER-BASED APPROACH

Abstract (2. Language):
This work presents the relationship between clusters that represent the glocalization (global - local) of economy - a determinant in international relations - and local industries. This relationship contributes to the literature of the field by stating that the importance of mass production - a part of the capitalist process - has been dwindling because of industrial condensation (clusters.) The chief target of this work is to bring to the fore the supranational, not statenation, region-oriented effects of clusters where agglomeration is explained through decentralization. In the article, economic growth that directs international relations shows parallelism with the rise of local economies. It is remarkable that clusters contain technological and geographical condensations when we consider international relations through an economic perspective.
Abstract (Original Language):
Bu çalısmada, uluslararası iliskilerde belirleyici rol oynayan ekonominin glokalizasyon (küresel - lokal) sürecini temsil eden kümelenme ile bölgesel endüstrilerin iliskisi sunulmaktadır. Bu iliski, endüstriyel yoğunlasmanın yol açtığı kümelenmeden sonra kapitalist süreç içinde kitlesel üretimin öneminin azaldığını ortaya koymaktadır. Çalısmanın temel amacı, toplulasmanın merkezsizlestirmeyle ifade edildiği kümelenmenin, ulus-devlet yerine ulus üstü bölgesel odaklı etkilerini ortaya koymaktır. Makalede uluslararası iliskilere yön veren ekonomik kalkınmayla bölgesel ekonomilerin yükselisi paralellik göstermektedir. Kümelenmenin, uluslararası iliskilerin ekonomik yönlü ele alısındaki teknolojiyi ve coğrafi yoğunlasmaları içermesi dikkat çekicidir.
