İFADE ÖZGÜRLÜĞÜ BAĞLAMINDA MEDYA VE TERÖR OLGUSUNUN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Freedom of opinion has been the subject of mankind, especialiy, from the end of the Middle Age up to present. In the historical process development of western civilization has depended thinking ability and activity. Nowadays, responsibility and freedom of opinion are considered together and they complete each other. From this point of view, media has a great effect on social affairs and that's why must be responsible against society. In many countries, especially in the West, media has been limited judicially in some aspects in order to make clear the "market place of opinion". Media be aware of its own duty and importance against terrorism. In the article, media affair and need of society are evaluated from the point of view of freedom of opinion.
