Abstract (2. Language):
The Muslim thinker that first time mentions the devil as a symbol of superior values like unification, affection, constancy, dash, breasting the distress, fidelity for love is Hallâc. Hallâc uses the devil to explain the reality of being. God's order to devil is not an order thai is necessary to carry out. This order is an exam for devil. According to Hallâc, there is no difference between God's order and his will. There is no doubt thai there İs no dualism from God's point of view. God is one and the creator is one, The forces of light and darkness are under God's control. Character that is given to Man by God is not character of standing on these light or darkness pole, In place of it, the choice character is given to Human being. The thing that make Man responsible is nature of freedom and free choice.

İblis'i tevhit, bağlılık, sebat, atılganlık, ıstırabı göğüsleme, aşk ve sevgide vefa gibi üstün değerlerin sembolü olarak ilk kez gündeme getiren Müslüman düşünür Hailâc'dır. Hallâc, oluş gerçeğini açıklamak için İblis'i kullanıyor ve Tann'nın ona verdiği emri, yerine getirilmesi gereken bir emir değil, İb-lis'e yönelik bir imtihan olarak sunuyor. Hallâc'a göre, Allah'ın emri ayn, iradesi ayrıdır. Tartışmasız oían şudur: Sonuçta, Tanrısal plandan baktığımızda bir düalite (İkilik, iki ilahlıhk) yoktur. Tek ilah, tek Yaratıcı esastır. İşık ve karanlık kuvvetleri O'nun emrinde, onun planına uygun olarak hareket eimekte-dirier. İnsanın farkı, kendisine ışık veya karanlık kutupta yer alma karakteri verilmek yerine, seçim karakteri verilmiş olmasıdır. İnsanı sorumlu kılan ondaki özgürlük, serbest seçim fıtratıdır.
