Koni Distrofisi : Optik Disk Solukluğunda Düşünülmesi Gereken Bir Tanı

Cone Dystrophy: A Specific Entity Which Should Be Kept In Mind At Diagnosis of Optic Disc Pallor.

Abstract (2. Language):
Optic disc pallor is associated with a wide variety of disorders that affect optic nerve; including in flammatory disorders, nutritional deficiencies, and heredodegenerative disease. Cone dystrophy is rare but must be kept in mind as a cause of optic disc pallor. Electroretinography is an important diagnostic tool in diagnosis of cone -rod dystrophy. We report a case of cone dystrophy which has normal neurological findings except optic disc pathology.
