Paragangiioma of the maxillary sinus is an extremely rare tumor. In this report, a paraganglioma located in the left maxillary sinus in a 37-year-old male is presented. Pathologic features of the tumor and the differential diagnosis are investigated.

Maksillar sinüs paragangiioması oldukça nadir bir tümördür. Bu makalede otuz yedi yaşında erkek hastada sol maksillar sinüs kaynaklıparagangiioma olgusu sunuldu. Tümörün patolojik özelikleri yansrra,mikroskop/k ayırıcı tanısı irdelendi.
