Abstract (2. Language):
The achievement of the firms within the milieu of the strict competition with the
globalization process should provide the precondition to meet the necessities and orders of the
customers from the different places of the world. This case increases the importance of the
logistical activities in the business management. For this reason, the processive impact of
logistical activities should be increased. In this study, the factors effecting the processive
impact of logistical activities on the production and the its influence on the organizational
performance by exposing the relations among the factors.

Küresellesme ile birlikte isletmelerin yoğun rekabet ortamında basarılı olabilmesi,
üretilen ürünlerin dünyanın farklı yerlerindeki birbirlerinden farklı müsterilerin isteklerini
karsılaması kosulunu sağlamalarına bağlıdır. Bu durum; tüm isletmecilik etkinliklerinde
lojistik faaliyetlerinin önemini giderek artırmaktadır. Bu nedenle lojistik faaliyetlerin süreçsel
etkinliğinin arttırılması gerekmektedir. Bu arastırmada; üretim isletmelerinde lojistik
faaliyetlerin süreçsel etkinliğine etki eden faktörlerin değerlendirilmesi, faktörler arasındaki
iliskilerin ortaya koyularak örgütsel performansa etkileri incelenmeye çalısılmıstır.
