Paratuberculosis is a chronic infection of ruminants, which causes granulomatous enteritis. It’s almost impossible to detect the infection especially in early stages. This review present some of the diagnostic methods, their comparison and problems about diagnosis of paratuberculosis in the cattle.

Paratüberkülozun özellikle erken evrelerinde teşhisi oldukça güç olan ve tüm ruminantlarda granülomatöz enterit meydana getiren kronik bir enfeksiyondur. Sunulan derlemede, sığırlarda paratüberkülozun teşhisindeki problemler, bazı tanı yöntemleri ve bunların karşılaştırılması değerlendirilmiştir.
