Contrast Media Nephrotoxicity

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (Original Language):
Kontrast maddelerin intravasküler kullanımı sonrasında gelişecek idiyosenkrazik olmayan reaksiyonlardan en önemlisi kontrast madde nefropati-sidir (RKN) (1). Avrupa Ürogenital Radyoloji Cemiyeti (ESUR) kılavuzunda RKN, başka bir etiyolojik sebep olmaksızın, kontrast madde verilmesinden sonraki 72 saat içinde serum kreatinin düzeyinde %25 veya 44 umol/L (0.5 mg/dL) artış olarak tanımlanmıştır (2). RKN, hastane kökenli ABY'nin %12'sinden sorumludur. ABY'nin 3. en sık nedenidir (3).
