The paper is a survey to explore (he resources and services available in Education Training college libraries of Punjab. Data Collected through administration of a questionnaire from 19 colleges, highlights their infrastructure, collection, technical processing, services, finance, Personnel and computer usage. The data is limited to 19 colleges established till 2004.
