CALCIUM HYDROXIDE IN ENDODONTICS

Journal Name:

Keywords (Original Language):

Abstract (2. Language):
Calcium hydroxide is a material used for various purposes since its introduction into dentistry in the early part of the twentieth century. Calcium hydroxide may be used to preserve the vital pulp if infection and bleeding are controlled; to repair root fractures, perforations, apexification and root resorptions. This rewiev will help clinicians to make inferred judgements about calcium hydroxide should be used for specific endodontic procedures.
