Abstract (2. Language):
In this study, computer controlled a scoreboard is designed by microcontroller. Whole system consists of a control panel on a PC side and an electronic display for presenting the results. A graphical user interface on a PC is designed by using Delphi 7 program for controlling the panel to send the scores to the displays. As a database Sql Server is used for constructing record tables. All records are updated continuously, and it is possible to add new records to the concerning tables. During the play, it is possible to reach certain information such as match statistical information. It is possible to list by ordering players or teams. It can show the rules of the game and make a guess with using previous statistics. The previous weeks scores also can be viewed on the software.Also visual interface send information to scoreboard through the ports. The sent information through port is processed by the microcontroller, and the results displayed on the scoreboard. Playing teams current score, periods, twenty-four second and ten minutes intervals are displayed on the board display.

Bu çalışmada, bilgisayar kontrollü bir basketbol skorbordu tasarlanmış ve gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen sistem ile daha kullanışlı bir kontrol paneli ve kayıtların tutulduğu bir ortam oluşturulmuştur. Sistem, bilgisayarda bir kontrol paneli ve kontrol sonucunun görüntülendiği elektronik panodan oluşmaktadır. Maç esnasında istenilen bilgilere (örneğin oyuncu istatistiklerine) hemen ulaşılabilmektedir. Kontrol paneli, panoyu yönlendirme haricinde bütün oyuncuların ve takımların istatistiklerini tutmakta, bunları oyuncu ve takım bazında listelemektedir Ayrıca oynanan haftaların puan durumuna bakılabilmektedir. Bilgisayardaki görsel arayüz Delphi 7 programı ile oluşturulmuş, veri tabanı olarak Sql Server kullanılmıştır. Delphi 7’de görsel arabirim oluşturmak için gerekli ön koşullar oluşturulmakta, Sql Server’da tablolar tutulmaktadır. Bu tablolardaki kayıtlar sürekli güncellenebilmekte ve yeni kayıt girilebilmektedir.
Porttan skorbord elektronik karta gönderilen bilgiler mikrodenetleyicide işlendikten sonra sonuç displaylerden oluşan gösterge panosuna aktarılmaktadır. Gösterge panosunda takımların skorları, peryot, yirmidört saniye ve on dakika görüntülenmektedir.
