Abstract (2. Language):
industrial democracy or economic democracy, and finally the workers - employer co-operation, the need for measures to müesseselerle the corresponding terms and these terms have emerged in the age of capitalism, why? Indeed an important problem. That is why the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries it has been one hundred years of economic life or economic life demokratlaştırılmasma necessity and requirement of a democratic aspect has been given?
The reasons are based on the intellectual foundations of industrial capitalism and look at necessary. Because the order is the previous guild, that is a small industry in the city is dominated by the petty bourgeoisie and the need for these kinds of trades and issues encountered in life. For example, out of journeymen, small arts businesses wish to representative democracy, in which committees they want or old guilds were found. Against this intellectual foundations of capitalism, individualism and economic field in the field of philosophical extreme liberalism, kneaded structure of industrial capitalism, the domination of capital, capital equipment has obtained the superiority of those who have rule over the property or savings.

sanayi demokrasisi veya iktisadî demokrasi, nihayet işçi - işveren işbirliği terimleri ve bu terimlerin tekabül ettikleri müesseselerle tedbirlere olan ihtiyaç niçin kapitalizm çağında ortaya çıkmıştır? Gerçekten mühim bir problem. Yâni niçin on dokuzuncu yüz yılda ve yirminci yüz yılda iktisadî hayatın demokratlaştırılmasma veya ekonomik hayata demokratik bir veçhe verilmesine lüzum ve zaruret görülmüştür?
Bunun sebebini sanayi kapitalizminin bünyesinde ve dayandığı fikrî temellerde aramak lâzımdır. Çünkü daha önceki lonca nizamında, yâni küçük burjuvazinin hâkim olduğu şehir küçük sanayiinde ve esnaf hayatında bu kabil ihtiyaç ve meselelere rastlanmamaktadır. Meselâ kalfaların ortaya çıkıp, küçük sanat işletmelerinde demokrasi istedikleri veya loncaların ihtiyar heyetlerine temsilci vermek arzusunda bulundukları görülmemiştir. Buna karşı kapitalizmin fikrî temelleri, felsefî sahada ferdiyetçilik ve iktisadî sahada aşırı liberalizm, sanayi kapitalizminin bünyesini yoğurmuş, kapitalin hâkimiyetini, kapital teçhizatı üzerinde mülkiyet veya tasarruf hâkimiyetine sahip bulunanların üstünlüğünü temin etmiştir.
