Today we, the subject of Industrial Relations Humanities for the development of future they hope to play the role that trade unions play and want to talk about. Relations Humanities and social science research carried out by members of the modern industrial societies for individuals in living a more fulfilling, more perfect life in order to allow a study aiming to evaluate the science.
Yesterday, here again, Karabük, the same issue of great importance in terms of the relations between workers cihaziyle some aspects of administration, management and administrators had the pleasure to argue with them in person. Now you, the trade unions in the workplace who may be a better human relations assistance, such as the issue of how to examine the honor of ihdasına. An'anevî as belonging to me that I need to Cornell University, and University of Istanbul, operating in the industry at all levels of life, all employees who work in this and similar subjects to be useful and helpful.

Bugün sizlere, Sanayide Beşerî Münasebetler mevzuunun müstakbel gelişmesi bakımından sendikaların oynadıkları ve oynamayı umdukları rolden bahsetmek istiyorum. Beşerî Münasebetler, sosyal ilim mensuplarınca yapılan araştırmaları, modern sanayi cemiyetlerinde yaşayan fertlere daha tatmin edici, daha mükemmel bir çalışma hayatı sağlamak amaciyle değerlendirmeye matuf bir bilimdir.
Dün yine burada, Karabük'te, aynı konunun idare cihaziyle çalışanlar arasındaki münasebetler bakımından önem arzeden bazı yönlerini, sevk ve idarecilerin bizzat kendileriyle münakaşa etmek zevkini tattım. Şimdi de sizlerle, sendikaların işyerinde daha iyi beşerî münasebetler ihdasına ne gibi yardımlarda bulunabilecekleri meselesini incelemek şerefine nail oluyorum. An'anevî olarak, gerek benim mensup olduğum Cornell Üniversitesi, gerekse İstanbul Üniversitesi, sanayi hayatının her kademesinde faaliyet gösteren bütün işgörenlere bu ve benzeri konularda faydalı ve yardımcı olmaya çalışmaktadır.
