In this study, the hierarchical relationship among internal marketing, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were investigated for sports coaches working in sports schools. Using previously developed instruments in the literature, the relationship among these variables were empirically tested on the primary data collected (N=193) from coaches of some sport schools specialize service offerings in the area of variety sports. Results of this study showed that there were significant positive relationships between the variables. Furthermore, the influence of internal marketing on organizational commitment was partially mediated through job satisfaction.

Bu araştırmada, içsel pazarlama, iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılık olguları arasındaki ilişkiler spor okullarında görev yapan antrenörler üzerinde incelenmiştir. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler, literatürde daha önce geliştirilen ölçekler kullanılarak, çeşitli spor branşlarında hizmet sunan spor okulları antrenörlerinden (N=193) elde edilen veriler ile test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, değişkenler arasında anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişkinin varlığını, bununla birlikte iş tatmininin içsel pazarlama ve örgütsel bağlılık arasında kısmi aracılık etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir.
