Abstract (2. Language): 
The aim of this study is to develop a scale to measure the level of self-efficacy for geography of pre-service teachers of social sciences. This study, a scale of 19 items has been developed for 184 university students. Split half Coefficient is . 79. A factor analyse has been used in check the variety of the scale and three sub dimensions have been deleted. There is a significant correlation between the sub dimensions

Bu çalışmada, Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmen adaylarının coğrafya alanında sahip oldukları yeterlik düzeylerini ölçebilecek bir araç geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. 184 öğrenci üzerinde yapılan çalışmada 19 maddelik bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Testi yarılama yöntemiyle yapılan güvenirlik çalışmasında r=.79 olarak bulunmuştur. Geçerlik çalışmasında/aktör analizi yapılmış 3 alt boyut görülmüştür. Alt boyutlar arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur.
