Abstract (2. Language): 
The global financial crisis in the United States in the first half of the 2000s, large-scale financial institutions for low-income people that they have given for subprime mortgage loans have emerged on the start back in 2007. To decline gradually after 2005, the Fed's interest rates in the process leading to the financial crisis in 2004-2007 and raise the price of housing has played an important role. Financial institutions entering into a liquidity shortage on it did not fulfill its obligations and the overall US economy is caught in a crisis. In 2008, the global crisis of the financial crisis in the transmission of the advanced industrial countries. The purpose of the causes of the global financial crisis of the study is to understand the effects and results in the context of reform of the functioning of the global financial system and move without meaning to, this is put forward their proposals.

Küresel finansal kriz, ABD’de 2000’li yılların ilk yarısında finansal kurumların düşük gelirli kişilere yönelik olarak vermiş oldukları geniş çaplı subprime mortgage kredilerinin 2007 yılında geri dönmemeye başlaması üzerine ortaya çıkmıştır. Finansal krize giden süreçte FED’in faiz oranlarını 2004-2007 döneminde yükseltmesi ve konut fiyatlarının da 2005 yılından sonra giderek düşmesi önemli bir rol oynamıştır. Bunun üzerine likidite sıkıntısı içine giren finansal kurumlar da yükümlülüklerini yerine getirememiş ve Amerikan ekonomisi topyekün bir krize yakalanmıştır. 2008 yılında finansal krizin ileri sanayi ülkelerine bulaşmasıyla kriz küreselleşmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, küresel finansal krizi nedenleri, etkileri ve sonuçları bağlamında anlamak ve bu anlamlandırmadan hareketle küresel finansal sistemin işleyişine yönelik reform önerilerini ortaya koymaktır.
