Abstract (2. Language): 
The purpose of the research is to determine the relationship among organizational learning, R&D capabilities and transactive memory. With this purpose, to be able to test the relationships between the factors data collected from 157 employees working in different organizations. The factors which have been studied in the research are; about organizational learning, R&D capabilities and transactive memory (specialization, credibility, coordination). According to the analysis results; the factors which affect positively to R&D capabilities are; organizational learning, specialization, credibility, coordination. Findings of this research are discussed in the context of self- organizing map network.

Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel öğrenme, Ar-Ge yetenekleri ve geçişken hafıza değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemektir. Bu amaçla, değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri test edebilmek için, farklı organizasyonlarda çalışan 157 kişiden veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmada örgütsel öğrenme, Ar-Ge yetenekleri ve geçişken hafıza (uzmanlık, güvenirlik ve koordinasyon) faktörleri incelenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre örgütsel öğrenme, uzmanlık, güvenirlik ve koordinasyon Ar-Ge yeteneklerini pozitif şekilde etkileyen faktörlerdir. Bu araştırmanın sonuçları Öz-Düzenlemeli Harita Ağları bağlamında ele alınmıştır.
