Abstract (2. Language):
The aim of this study to determine the glycoconjugates features of esophageal glands of goose (Anser anser) by conventional and lectin histochemical techniques. For this purpose, the samples taken from thoracal region of esophaguses of 5 adult geese were used. It was shown that there was strongly sulphated, sulphate estered, acidic and neutral glycoconjugates in epithelial cells of glands and excretory ducts. WGA, PNA, DBA, BSA I-B4, Con A and UEA I reactive sugar residues were detected in the glycoconjugates of glands epithelial cells. However there were no glycoconjugates showing specificity against the DBA, BSA I-B4, Con A and UEA I in epithelial cells of excretory ducts
Abstract (Original Language):
Bu çalışmada kaz (Anser anser) özofagus bezlerine ait glikokonjugat özelliklerinin klasik ve lektin histokimyasal yöntemlerle belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Bu amaçla 5 adet erişkin kaz özofagusunun torakal bölgesinden örnekler alındı. Bez ve kanal epitel hücrelerinde güçlü sülfatlı, sülfat esterli, asidik ve nötral glikokonjugatların bulunduğu gözlendi. Bez epitel hücrelerindeki glikokonjugatlarda WGA, PNA, DBA, BSA I-B4, Con A ve UEA I reaktif şeker rezidüleri tespit edildi. Buna karşın kanal epitel hücrelerinde DBA, BSA I-B4, Con A ve UEA I’e karşı spesifite gösteren glikokonjugatlara rastlanmadı.
