Abstract (2. Language): 
The aim of this paper is to summurize the characteristics and problems of logic, related with mathematical thought. The development of the mathematical variety of logic is not yet complete and discussions still go on about its characteristic scope. Some scholars have proposed systems of logic with more than two truth values. Various interpretations have been given for these logics. The properties of these systems can be developed on the basis of truth values or truth tables. It can also be set up a system of postulates for the system and present it as a deductive science. An algebra of classes and an abstract algebra can be set up corresponding to this logic of propositions. The question whether logic can be developed purely formally as a system of symbols or whether it necessarily involves an interpretation of the symbols.
