Abstract (2. Language): 
Language resembles to a living being. It develops with the society’s change ; it grows in parallel with the ideas revolution and needs’ variation. In any word or utterance, there is a short or a long history; a recent or distant past. One may evoke the language press which had known changes as result of the colonization. Then, each language had recorded several new words derived or borrowed from foreign languages, according to the countries’ political history. This article deals with the language structure in the Algerian dialect pursuing its different levels « phonetic, lexical and semantic levels ». In the Algerian west region, and pointing out its relations with the classical Abic and showing to what exent they are closest. Also we determine the impact of foreign languages upon that dialect which has known changes at his phonemes, monemes and utterances. In addition, we try to bring out its characteristics,to study its functional structures, phonemes nature, its phonetic , sintaxique and grammatical variations.
