MALİYE ÖĞRETİSİNDE HANGİ YÖNTEM!

Makalede, bir yandan genel olarak Öğretim faaliyetinin bireyler arasındaki psikolojik işlevi, diğer yandan da iktisatm bir güçler ilişkisi alanı olduğu görüşü¬ne dayanarak, özel olarak kamu maliyesi öğretisinin nasıl bir sistemik ideoloji unsuru olarak karşımıza çıktığı konusu üzerinde durulmaya çalışılmıştır. Maliye öğretisinin böylesi bir işlevle yükümlü olmaktan kurtarılabilmesi için, öğretimin aktif ve pasif süjelerinin bilinçli olmasının gereği vurgulanmıştır. Abstract: The view that, due to the fact that pschological factors prevalent in teaching activities in dissipating views in societies generally on the one hand, and that the domain of economics is occupied by unbalanced factor relations on the other, the teaching of Public Finance may be put to the service of the system as a very effective idaological element is brought to the forefront in the article. It is also emphasised in the paper that in order to avoid such inclinations both gro¬ups taking place in such activities must be conscious.
