Abstract (2. Language):
Oxidative changes in plasma, erythrocytes and apo-B containing lipoproteins in experimental cirrhosis. Liver cirrhosis was induced by three times weekly injections of carbon tetrachloride (0.4 g / kg body vveight, i.p.) for a period of 4 months. According to our results, lipid peırai-des did not change, but protein carbonyl content increased in plasma. Lipid peroxides and total sulfhydryl content decreased in erythrocyte membranes of ciırhotic rats. In addition, the sus-ceptibility of apo-B containing
Abstract (Original Language):
Çalışmamızda, sıçanlara 4 ay süreyle haftada 3 kez karbon tetraklorür (0.4 g/kg, periton içi) uygulayarak karaciğer sirozu oluşturuldu. Bu sıçanlarda, plazmada lipit peroksit düzeyleri değişmediği halde, protein karbonil içeriği arttı. Eritrosit zarlarında lipit peroksit düzeyleri ve to-tal sülfidril grupları azaldı. Ayrıca, karaciğer sirozu oluşturulan sıçanların apo-B içeren lipop-roteinlerinin (VLDL+LDL) lipit peroksidasyonuna duyarlılığında bir artış saptandı
