Abstract (2. Language): 
A 56-year-old woman who underwent total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy due to uterine leiomyoma. A 0.7cm diameter mass on left ovary of the patient is solid and regular bordered was diagnosed as leiomyoma with histopathologic and immunohistochemical examination. We presented a solitary leiomyoma of ovary which is quite rare.

56 yaşında kadın hasta uterin leiomyom nedeni ile total abdominal histerektomi ve bilateral salpingooferektomi ameliyatı olmuştur. Sol overdeki 0.7cm çapında solid, düzgün sınırlı kitle, histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal inceleme sonucu, leiomyom olarak tanı almıştır. Overde leiomyom görülmesi nadir olduğu için sunulmuştur.
