Abstract (2. Language):
This study covers dairy farms in Yesilyurt district of Tokat Province. The main purpose of this
study was to make the evaluation of the economic structure and annual performances of dairy. The data were
collected from 82 dairy farms by survey. Dairy farms were classified into three groups according to the
number of cows. The data was belong to the 2004 / 2005 production period. The socio-economic structure of
the enterprises has been investigated. In addition, the result of annual economic activites have been
determinated. Net Revenue and Net Farm Income were found positive for three groups. In the study, the cost
of per kg milk was calculated and as a result it has been determined that the production cost of milk was
higher than the price of milk. The problems of enterprices related to dairy farming and marketing structure
were determined.

Bu arastırma Tokat Ili Yesilyurt Ilçesi’nde süt sıgırcılıgı isletmelerinin ekonomik analizini
kapsamaktadır. Arastırmada kullanılan veriler tam sayım yapılarak 82 isletmeden anket yöntemi ile elde
edilmistir. İsletmeler sahip oldukları inek sayısının frekans dagılımına göre üç gruba ayrılmıstır. Veriler 2004
/ 2005 üretim dönemine ait bulunmaktadır. Isletmelerin sosyo-ekonomik yapıları incelenmis, yıllık ekonomik
faaliyet sonuçları belirlenmistir. Net hasıla ve net çiftlik geliri üç grupta da pozitif bulunmustur. Arastırmada
sütün tam maliyet analizi yapılmıs, süt maliyetinin sütün satıs fiyatının üstünde oldugu belirlenmistir.
İncelenen isletmelerin yetistiricilik ve pazarlama yapısına iliskin bilgiler ve sorunlar ortaya konulmustur.
