Abstract (2. Language):
The global economic crisis that occurred in developing and developed countries
in last period of 2008 has deeply affected all countries without discrimination. Our
country’s real sector also has given important losses by affecting from the global
economic crisis and the negative effects on experienced the economic crisis seriously have been felt. Bursa is one of the industrialized countries which have capacity of employment in Turkey. The aim of this study is to obtain the information
about employment conditions by using perspective of unemployed person and
to find the clues which will help determine priorities in the struggling with unemployment in Bursa.

2008 yılının son dönemlerinde ortaya çıkan küresel ekonomik kriz, gelişmiş ve
gelişmekte olan ülke ayrımı yapmaksızın tüm ülkeleri derinden etkilemiştir. Ülkemiz reel kesimi de, küresel krizden etkilenerek önemli kayıplar vermiş ve yaşanan ekonomik krizin istihdam üzerindeki olumsuz etkisi ciddi bir şekilde hissedilmiştir. Türkiye’de sanayileşmiş ve istihdam kapasitesi yüksek kentlerimizden
biri de Bursa’dır. Bu araştırmada işsizlerin bakış açısıyla; kriz sonrasında Bursa
özel sektöründe istihdam koşulları hakkında bilgi edinmek ve elde edilen bulgulardan hareketle Bursa’da işsizlikle mücadelede önceliklerin belirlenmesine yardımcı olacak ipuçları bulmak amaçlanmıştır.
