A Note on Prüfer ⋆-multiplication Domains

Abstract (2. Language): 
In this note, we prove that for an arbitrary star operation ⋆ on a domain R, the domain R is a Prüfer ⋆-multiplication domain if every 2-generated ideal of R is ⋆f -invertible. Some characterizations of Prüfer-⋆ multiplication domains are therefore obtained.
