Abstract (2. Language):
It is clear that free accountand and financial consultants (FAFC), popular professions
of to day, are also same kind of entrepreneunship activities. In this study, a profile of FAFC’s
in Erzurum sub region (ESR), that is Erzurum, Erzincan and Bayburt provincies, one of the
least regions of Turkey is obtuined, and why they couldn’t get the place in the development
process observed in Turkey as a whole is investigated. Through a questionnaire directed
to FAFC’s working in ESR, a current situation evaluation was made, and an assesment
of Professional satisfaction, their attitutes and behaviousal improvement was made. The
questionnaire results were studied by statistical packet program SPSS.

Günümüzde popüler mesleklerden olan Serbest Muhasebeci ve Mali müşavirliğin
(SMMM) aynı zamanda bir tür girişim faaliyeti olduğu açıktır. Bu çalışmada, SMMM’lerin
Türkiye’nin en az gelişmiş bölgelerinden biri olan Erzurum Alt Bölgesi (EAB)’nde, yani
Erzurum, Erzincan ve Bayburt illerindeki profili çıkarılarak, Türkiye genelinde gözlenen
kalkınmışlıktaki yerini alamamanın yansımaları araştırma konusu yapılmıştır. EAB’de
faaliyette bulunan SMMM’ler üzerine yapılan anket çalışması ile mevcut durum değerlendirilmesi
yapılarak meslek seçiminde etkili olan faktörlerden meslekteki memnuniyet
düzeyine kendilerini geliştirebilme yönündeki tutum ve davranışlarına yönelik değerlendirmeleri
yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda yapılan anket sonuçları SPSS istatistiki
paket programında değerlendirilmiştir.
