Abstract (2. Language):
Picture’s motion can be a criteria to determine picture used in educational environments. When pictures are examined in terms of motion property, they can be classified as static pictures, dynamic pictures and static motion pictures. In this research which was designed as appropriate to descriptive research based on the source review, static motion which does not appear in Turkish literature examined. In this study, using static motion pictures as an alternative to dynamic pictures and static motion ways to static pictures are examined. Motion to static pictures can be given with techniques as (1)dynamic balance, (2)stroboscopic sequences, (3)affine shear, (4)photographic blur, and (5)action lines. It is discussed that static motion ways with these techniques and its usability in education.
