Abstract (2. Language):
The article is devoted to points of forming of national economy, competitiveness of global economical
competition, increasing of competitiveness of particular fields of economy and in this context the priority
directions of one of composing of economy strategy of state.
The author determines three groups of relations in field of economical competitive and research the way
of increasing of international competitiveness on mezo-level. In the article it is noted priority of development
of modern industry in Azerbaijan and is analyzed the activity in this direction.

Rəqabət qabiliyyətinin yüksəldilməsi problemi dünya ölkələrinin
dövlət xadimləri və iş adamlarının daim diqqət mərkəzindədir.
İnkişaf etmiş sənaye ölkələrində rəqabət qabiliyyətinin vəziyyətinə və
onun artırılması amillərinin tədqiqi ilə məşğul olan milli institutlar,
təşkilatlar, komissiyalar fəaliyyət göstərir. Bu, onunla əlaqədardır ki,
rəqabət qabiliyyəti anlayışı sənayenin inkişafının strateji
məqsədlərinin ÜDM-in artımı və ya əmək məhsuldarlığı göstəricilərinə
nisbətən daha əhatəli ölçüsüdür
